Patrick 'Red' McCabe, MBA

Red exploded onto the Northern Virginia real estate scene as Coldwell Banker’s Rookie of the Year in 2004. Since then, he has received numerous production awards, recognition from Washingtonian Magazine for Wash-Metro Area Best Realtors, Virginia Living Magazine Best Realtors 2021, and membership in Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society.  Red grew up in nearby Bethesda, MD and is also a 2nd generation realtor.  He learned the craft of selling real estate from his mother who was also a top-ranked realtor in the 1970s.

Red was privileged to attend Oxford University in England and earn an MBA from George Washington University.  Red came to real estate from a Fortune 500 corporate background.  While President of Learning Tree International, Red negotiated the commercial real estate transactions on over a dozen Class A Education Centers in major metropolitan areas across the U.S., serving over 50,000 students annually.

Red’s philanthropic endeavors have included serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Loudoun Free Clinic, serving as President of his neighborhood HOA, and coaching youth basketball for many years in Loudoun County.

Leslie Wilson, Associate Broker

Leslie has a 100% real estate career spanning over thirty years.  As a former mortgage officer, loan closer, title examiner, mortgage underwriter, and now two-decade Realtor, Leslie instinctively knows how to prevent problems that could arise while buying and selling real property.  Having grown up in CT, Leslie’s dad was employed in land development and her father-in law was a custom homebuilder.  Leslie and her husband have owned several country properties, built a custom home, and now reside in Downtown Purcellville.

The Wilsons came to Loudoun County from their native New England twenty-five years ago due to a corporate relocation.  Leslie became intrigued with Loudoun’s past and is well-read on the history of its communities.  As her clients will attest, Leslie has a desire to serve and selling homes is what she does best.  All Leslie’s sales have come from repeat business and referrals.  When Leslie isn’t working, she enjoys time in the garden, playing with the grandkids and hiking new trails with her husband and golden retriever puppy.
